Integrated exercise programs for aging adults

Our integrated exercise services are created based on 15 years of working in the physical therapy space with the geriatric population. 

Our integrated exercise programs focus on reversing or reducing the effects of deconditioning and immobility that occur with aging, post fall, injury, or surgery.

When designing your fitness program, we work with you to understand your physical limitations and your goals. We then create a tailored regimen for you while balancing clinical sensitivity and safety.
